Why is this place so interesting to visit? Because it is a museum of the famous novelist and poet, Alexandros Papadiamantis, who lived and died in the house from 1851 to 1911.
In the actual house, you can see how he lived, with everything exactly as it was; ink bottles and coffers, as well as incredibly important pottery. More than this, you can step inside the room where he spent the last few months of his life.
