How to Maintain Your Mental Health During a Job Search

1. Focus On What You Can Control

5. Take Breaks

It’s important to note, that if you don’t take some time to decompress in the middle of intense interviews, disappointments, and stressful conversations, you won’t have the ability to think straight for the next event coming.

You need to take periodic breaks when you put away the laptop, put down the phone and get some upbuilding social interaction.
